We are the charity making life fully inclusive for deaf people and those with hearing loss through the median of the arts. Together, we campaign for an inclusive society. We empower adults with skills and provide them with a creative outlet using all forms of expression .

-
We provide classes in a wide range of artistic disciplines.
-
We campaign to change public perception of deaf arts and culture.
-
We provide day-to-day outlet for deaf people and those with hearing loss to express themselves

For many we are a valuable lifeline, particularly now during the covid19 pandemic where the deaf community are now more isolated and have even more barriers to access.

Northern Ireland becomes fully inclusive for the deaf community with all areas of expression and art fully accessible to enjoy.
OUR VISION

Our values guide and challenge how we act, how we behave towards others, and how we go about our day-to-day work.

OUR VALUES
People
We treat people as people, with human warmth, dignity and respect. We show kindness, care and understanding and approach everyone in the way we would like to be approached. We also bring to life our charity through people that work with us – from artists, campaigners and event experts to our fundraisers and volunteers.

Passion
We’re passionate about our work and want to make a real difference to people’s lives. If things can be improved, we won’t just settle for how they currently are. We’re prepared to challenge the status quo. We strive for high standards, taking positive risks and trying new things to make the Arts more accessible to all.

Partnership
We work alongside others to achieve the best results. We listen and share insights, ideas, learning and resources. We respect and value differences, and we enable others to participate.
